Class Descriptions

Group Fitness Schedule (90 Minutes) A set of physical exercises and postures, known as Asanas, that applies fundamental principles of alignment in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. Designed to align your skin, muscles, bones, and to energize your mind, body and soul, bringing inner peace and mental clarity to your day.
Group Fitness Schedule (75 & 90 Minutes) Often described as a moving meditation, Vinyasa is a dynamic, breath-focused practice that utilizes sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuously flowing organic whole, improving flexibility, mobility, strength and stamina, all at the same time.

Simulating a variety of different cycling rides, CYCLE is a non-impact way to improve cardiovascular capacity and to shred body fat. Set to uplifting music, CYCLE is a great workout for any level of fitness.
Group Fitness Schedule(45 minutes) High-intensity interval training is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
