The state-of-the-art Fitness Centre at the FINNS Recreation Club is a modern and spacious facility that offers a comprehensive range of cardio machines, strength training equipment, and functional training tools. The 350 sqm air-conditioned gym has a variety of cardio machines, fitness machines, free weights and stretching areas.

Complimentary water is provided to all gym guests. Please bring a reusable water bottle or purchase one at gym reception (single-use plastic is not allowed at FINNS Recreation Club).


To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all members and guests, every FINNS Fitness guest must adhere to the following rules:

  • No freelance personal trainers or coaches allowed to give instruction in FINNS  Fitness under any circumstances.
  • Appropriate clothing and closed sport shoes must be worn at all times. Bare feet training, training without clothes, or training with fully wet clothes is strictly prohibited inside the gym.
  • Shirts/singlets must remain on – training shirtless is not allowed.
  • No swearing, excessive noise or dropping of weights.
  • Members are required to present their Member card upon entry.
  • Return weights, mats and props to their designated place after use.
  • Please sanitize equipment after use.
  • No group or circuit training at weights or cardio areas.
  • Do not remove equipment from the gym or reserve it for individual use.
  • Complimentary water dispensers are available, please bring a reusable water bottle or purchase one at reception (single-use plastic is not allowed at FINNS Recreation Club).
  • No cups, glasses or any other open containers are allowed inside FINNS Fitness Centre Area.
  • No food allowed inside.
  • Minors from 14 to 17 years old can train only under supervision of an authorized adult. To train unsupervised, a waiver must be signed by the minor’s parents/guardian at FINNS Fitness Centre reception.
  • Minors under 14 years old are NOT allowed in the gym under any circumstances.
  • Secure your valuables in the changing room lockers. FINNS will not be responsible for any damages or loss of personal items.
  • Use equipment for its designed purpose only. Don’t jump on benches, use the squat rack for biceps curl or put your feet on the wall or mirrors.
  • Ask our staff or personal trainers if you are unsure how to use equipment correctly.
  • Damage caused to equipment due to misuse must be repaid.
  • Gym use is at your own risk, please consult with your physician prior to training, as needed. FINNS will not be responsible for any injuries.
  • Last entry to FINNS Fitness is 30 minutes before published closing time.
