- (45 Minutes or 60 Minutes) Get ready for the ride of your life. CYCLE is the way to get fit fast, where you control the workout. Simulating a variety of different cycling rides, CYCLE is a non impact way to improve cardiovascular capacity and to shred body fat. Set to uplifting music, CYCLE is a great workout for any level of fitness.
- (60 Minutes) 30 mins of intense riding to kick your butt, legs and cardio conditioning. Second half of the class targets the core both front and back of body using weights to increase intensity.
- (60 Minutes) Cycle Circuit class is a 30 minutes group indoor cycling workout combined with 30 minutes circuit workout. In the cycle session you boost your cardio fitness and lower body strength while in the circuit session we focus on building your core and upper body, making this class a complete body workout
