Gymnasium
The large air conditioned gym consists of new cardio and fitness machines, free weights and stretching areas easily accommodating for 60 persons exercising at the same time.

Main Studio
Used for Cardio, Strength, Body & Mind Group Classes. Refer to Class Timetable for latest schedule.

Cycle Studio
Accommodates 25 persons using the latest spinning bikes available in Bali

Functional Training Room & TRX Studio
Accommodates 18 persons per class.

Change Rooms
Male and Female change rooms including toilets, showers, sauna & steam rooms.

Towels & Lockers
All Finns Bali Members receive gym, bath, pool towels and complimentary use of lockers on a per visit basis.
Day Pass Holders receive a gym towel complimentary and can hire pool and bath towels. Lockers are also available for hire.
Long term locker rental is available to all Finns Bali Members .

Whether you’re trying to lose weight, get in good shape, maintain your form or figure or achieve another goal, one of the keys to any exercise plan is consistency. However, the challenges of exercising can be daunting for many people, and it’s not uncommon for people to give up after only a short period of time.

Class Descriptions

  • (60 Minutes)
    The best full body workout available. Fast results are achieved through the Rep Effect – light weights but almost one thousand repetitions in one hour that shape and tone every muscle group. You will get the body you want faster and enjoy the journey with great music and innovative moves.
  • (45 Minutes or 60 Minutes) Get ready for the ride of your life. CYCLE is the way to get fit fast, where you control the workout. Simulating a variety of different cycling rides, CYCLE is a non impact way to improve cardiovascular capacity and to shred body fat. Set to uplifting music, CYCLE is a great workout for any level of fitness.
  • (60 Minutes) 30 mins of intense riding to kick your butt, legs and cardio conditioning. Second half of the class targets the core both front and back of body using weights to increase intensity.
  • (60 Minutes) Cycle Circuit class is a 30 minutes group indoor cycling workout combined with 30 minutes circuit workout. In the cycle session you boost your cardio fitness and lower body strength while in the circuit session we focus on building your core and upper body, making this class a complete body workout
  • (60 Minutes) The first part of this class focuses on abdominals, back and posture for 30 mins. The second half of the class focuses on legs, butt and hamstrings. The whole class will provide you with a great effective and fun workout on those areas that we find hard to target.
  • (45 Minutes) I-SwimFit is an adult swim class of 45 minutes, suitable for all those who want to improve their swimming technique, tone the body and keep their cardio fitness at its best.
  • (60 Minutes) Through a range of coordinated moves and using the principles of gravity and leverage, TRX incorporates hundreds of exercises that have revolutionized bodyweight training. The intensity of the workout is determined by the individual – subtle movements can make sessions as hard as desired, so everyone can join!
  • (90 Minutes) Yoga connects the mind, body and soul through a series of traditional poses which improve alignment, flexibility and strength. Your instructor will help you explore a range of yoga movements that will cultivate greater awareness of your body’s capabilities and relax and ease your mind.
  • (60 Minutes) Choose your intensity by selecting the adjustable height of your Step and get ready to burn calories and shape your lower body. Rhythmic-Aerobic movements are combined with powerful and energetic music to challenge mind and body together.
  • (60 Minutes) If you’ve never done Zumba before, it is a progressive and entertaining workout based around dancing. Suitable for all levels of experience and fitness. You’ll have so much fun you won’t even realize you’re doing a workout!
  • (60 Minutes) Get ready to do a series of movements that will stabilize and strengthen your core. You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. You may also have better posture and a better sense of well-being.
  • (45 Minutes) Body conditioning that uses high-intensity training. Focuses on all muscles groups, targeting strength, endurance, and body coordination to help you burn fat faster.
  • (60 Minutes) Unleash your inner warrior with this Martial Arts based fitness training which will make you sweat from head to toe and help release tension. Cardio Combat is a high-energy workout that increases cardio fitness levels through an aerobic routine inspired by Taekwondo, Kung Fu and Karate.

  • (60 Minutes) Feel free through movement using mind, body and soul. You will course through different styles ranging from Ballet to Hip-Hop. The class promises to leave you happy and relaxed, plus there’s no cooler way to stay healthy!
  • (60 Minutes) Burn more calories than ever with fun step-by-step safe trick progressions! Tones all muscles, especially the core, and increases confidence and coordination. All levels welcome!
  • (60 Minutes) A great way to mix up a traditional gym workout with the incredible benefits of water. Classes focus on aerobic endurance, resistance training, and creating a fun atmosphere with music.

Profile

Wawan brings his passion for teaching and exercise into every class he conducts and believes that every participant should feel welcomed in his class. He’s been involved in fitness, exercises, as well as dancing since he first joined Dian Kusuma Royal Ballet Academy in Central Java in 1990. He started expanding his own dance skills afterwards – from Hip-Hop, Aerobics, to other Modern Dances without forgetting his Ballet root; also began entering competitions in various national championships until the next 7 years in Indonesia.

He now shares his unique practices in various dance styles and fitness programs, ranging from Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Hip-Hop, Ballet, Belly Dance, Water Aerobics, Yoga Fit, Weight Training, and a set of kids classes & activities.

Wayan Kori is a certified yoga teacher who has started teaching since 2006 in many places around Bali as well as in Turkey, specializing in Hatta Yoga and Vinyasa. He studied spiritual knowledge in 1994 at Cakra Bhuana ashram in Denpasar and at 1998 at Surya Candra Bhana ashram till 2008. In 2008, he acquired his yoga certificate from Energy Yoga Bali.

He now shares his passion in teaching Yoga classes by bringing his vast experiences & knowledge to people from different culture & backgrounds

Wira Kristian is a certified Les Mills instructor, who is currently teaching three major programs from Les Mills namely: Body Pump, Body Combat, and RPM. On top of that, he is also a qualified TRX instructor.

Yannis Mayun specialises in teaching Cycle, Core, and Zumba classes. She is passionate in using exercises for losing weight as she’s been struggling with obesity (over 230 pounds) in the past, which caused her severe back injury along with some other health problems. The back injury was what made her commit to maintaining a high level of fitness, losing over 80 pounds ever since.

Now, Yannis loves helping other people to achieve their own fitness goals, especially in losing weight through exercises – “I believe you can do it, and I think I can make you believe it too”.

MARCUS

I Wayan Wistika [Marcus] is a Vibrant Living Yoga and Yoga Alliance certified teacher. His yogic journey started 17 years ago when he worked at a Yoga and Meditation retreat in his village in Tabanan. He studied Yoga and met yoga teachers in the retreat who inspired and supported him to do more Yoga, until he became a teacher down to date.

He has joined a raw food yoga seminar with American group, taught people yoga in many places around Bali, as well as attended many trainings which made him familiar with many different yoga styles.

LUISA

Luisa is certified as a high level swim coach by the Italian Swimming Federation, having graduated in Sports Management. During her 10 years on the national swim team she competed in 4 European Championships, 4 World Championships and the 2000 Sydney Olympics, where she competed in two finals.

Luisa held records in Italy for 100m. Freestyle, 4x100m. And 4x200m. Freestyle was awarded 2 silver medals at the European Championships Helsinki 2000 and a bronze for 200m. Free style individual race at the world cup in Rio de Janeiro.

She is passionate about sharing her skills and training with others to encourage them to perform at their best.
