Lucy’s fitness journey began at a young age when she became a competitive gymnast and athlete. Since then, her skills have continued to develop to where she has become a certified fitness coach and personal trainer with many years of experience in the fitness industry. Lucy is now a health and wellness expert, committed to showing her clients that living a balanced, healthy lifestyle will help you to increase energy levels, be more productive, and perform at your best in all aspects of life.

She offers a motivational and positive approach towards fitness. Training with her will not only have you looking your best but also help you to change your mindset around fitness and build your confidence.

Lucy understands that every client is unique and so are their needs, which is why every session is based around the personal needs and goals of the client.



Marcus has been in the sport and fitness industry for over a decade with a background in winter sports coaching. He works with a range of clients from body composition, injury rehabilitation to sports performance.

Frankie was introduced to yoga over 10 years ago. She loved how within just 1 class she was able to disconnect from the busyness of the outside world and discover so much about herself and the power of yoga and meditation. It is with this passion that she teaches each class, creating flows and sequences that meet the needs of each and every student on the mat.

Over the past 6 years she has trained all over the world in many different styles from Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Mandala to Yin, Meditation and Breathwork. Now, having completed her Level 2 Reiki Healing she brings a soft and kind approach to her classes, believing that yoga is for everyone regardless of age or ability.



Ľudmila studied her Ph.D. in Sports Education and has been working as posture corrections, pain relief and physio-fitness trainer. Due to suffering from lower back pain, sciatica and neuralgia she got inspired to study more about anatomy, physiology, spiral stabilization of the spine, biomechanics of movement and kinesiology. Ľudmila was educated by university professors, medical doctors, physiotherapists and yoga teachers and was active in the research field and international conferences.

Nowadays she guides her clients to heal their pain through movement and works with different specialists using various scientifically proven Western and Eastern healing methods. She believes that through correct body alignment we can achieve a positive effect on the way of thinking, remove limited beliefs and improve the flow of energy, as well as our emotional state.

Wira Kristian is a certified Les Mills instructor, who is currently teaching three major programs from Les Mills namely: Body Pump, Body Combat, and RPM. On top of that, he is also a qualified TRX instructor.

Wira likes to share his knowledge and help clients to make progress & improvements regarding their body’s stamina and physique. His motto in life is “if you keep going you won’t regret it, if you give up you will”.



Wawan brings his passion for teaching and exercise into every class he conducts and believes that every participant should feel welcomed in his class. He’s been involved in fitness, exercises, as well as dancing since he first joined Dian Kusuma Royal Ballet Academy in Central Java in 1990. He started expanding his own dance skills afterwards – from Hip-Hop, Aerobics, to other Modern Dances without forgetting his Ballet root; also began entering competitions in various national championships until the next 7 years in Indonesia.

He now shares his unique practices in various dance styles and fitness programs, ranging from Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Hip-Hop, Ballet, Belly Dance, Water Aerobics, Yoga Fit, Weight Training, and a set of kids classes & activities.



Wayan Kori is a certified yoga teacher who has started teaching since 2006 in many places around Bali as well as in Turkey, specializing in Hatta Yoga and Vinyasa. He studied spiritual knowledge in 1994 at Cakra Bhuana ashram in Denpasar and at 1998 at Surya Candra Bhana ashram till 2008. In 2008, he acquired his yoga certificate from Energy Yoga Bali.

He now shares his passion in teaching Yoga classes by bringing his vast experiences & knowledge to people from different culture & backgrounds



Bobby Widjaja is a Les Mills group fitness instructor who has been involved in group fitness since 2014. He specializes in teaching Body Combat, Body Pump, CXworx, GRIT Series, and TRX Suspension Training.

For Bobby, to be involved in people’s journey to better health and fitness have always been a great pleasure for him.



We can influence our mental and emotional health through our breathing. Conscious connected breathing and breath awareness exercises can help regulate stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, high blood pressure and more. With the aid of conscious connected breathing and other breathing techniques combined with body psychotherapy tools and exercises, Tanja assists in releasing physical and emotional stress, reaching a state of increased relaxation, self-awareness and connection between body, mind and your vision for yourself in life.
