Best Sports bar in Bali
Finns Recreation Club is all about live sports! Not only does it play host to some of the biggest football events on the island, with no less than thirty TV screens across this unique venue, it’s easy to see why the place is getting a name for itself as the premier choice for sports fans to get their fix of footy and more!
Mad about football but can’t get to the game? The recent installation of even more TV screens inside The Sports Bar and around the al fresco area of Bistro C means Finns can bring the game to you here in Bali because now they have every moment of your main event covered! The exciting finale to the 2017 Australian AFL and NRL season on September 30th and Oct 1st is set to be one of the most popular gigs of the year and with live sports coverage commencing from 8am on Saturday, it looks likely that Finns will be chock full of football fans for the whole weekend!
But the end of Aussie fixtures doesn’t mean the end of Football at Finns for 2017…….. The Rugby League World Cup is coming and Finns Recreation Club is committed to covering every single one of the 40 games of the competition, live in The Sports Bar and at Bistro C. Commencing on October 27th with a match between number one ranked team Australia versus England, the Sports Bar will telecast live action from Melbourne as it happens!
The Rugby League World Cup is a time honoured tradition that began in France in 1954 as a much smaller competition involving just four teams; Australia, Great Britain, New Zealand and France – a far cry from the nineteen teams who will vie for the trophy in 2017! This year, the competition also includes women’s rugby league teams from Australia, Canada, England, PNG and the Cook Islands.
Rugby League World Cup matches will be played across three countries, Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea, with some regional centres getting the guernsey to host a few of these international sporting clashes too! But wherever these titans of football contest their sporting prowess, Finns guarantees to bring you every moment live on screen!
Entry to Finns Recreation Club is free which means everybody is welcome to come and watch the games in air conditioned comfort and indulge in a few icy cold beers, cocktails and bar snacks while they’re at it! From the final weekend in October and for each weekend throughout the entire month of November, this premier world competition will be played out over forty matches, culminating in the grand final on Saturday December 2nd in Brisbane from 5pm (Bali time).
Get out your calendars and get organised football fans because the Rugby League World Cup is on the way and Finns Recreation Club is where it’s all about to happen. The AFL and NRL season might be over but there’s plenty more football left in 2017 yet and Finns is where you’ll want to be to see it! Guaranteed match coverage, cool, comfortable and classy……. It’s Bali’s best place to watch live sports, bar none!
